We can not provide refunds or deferrals for any of our events.
-
Yes we will definitely need volunteers. If you are interested, please reach out to cathy@goddessrun.ca.
-
We will have our Goddess supporters and charities. And of course our photo “booth” and the big name banner for your Instagram ready moments!
-
The Goddess Run will be taking place on the trails at Elk and Beaver Lake, and thus road closures will not be necessary in 2025.
-
Based on the current Provincial COVID-19 mandates, we do not have a masking or vaccine mandate to participate in the 2025 Goddess Run. We still strongly recommend that participants be fully vaccinated, but it is no longer mandated.
If, in the future, the mandates are changed by the Provincial Health Officer, we will require participants to acknowledge that they agree to the mandates at the time of the race.
-
If COVID-19 restrictions are mandated by the Province of British Columbia, causing us to have to cancel the event, no refunds or deferrals will be issued. The event will become a virtual event and you will still receive your swag.
-
Results for 2025 will be live on race weekend.
-
A virtual run is a walk or run you do on your own course. You receive your Goddess Run swag in the mail and then complete your run during our event window (March 1 - March 21, 2025).
-
Upload your results to Race Roster, send us a picture or post a picture on the Goddess Facebook Page or Instagram with #goddessrun by the end of the virtual period (March 21), showing you have completed the event distance.
-
It is your decision if you wish to post your results.
